Bob Bickart and Ralph Bolino combine many years of expertise and sales experience to start a new manufacturer’s representative agency, Bolino Bickart and Associates. Together they represented highly respected plumbing manufacturers such as Acorn, Powers, and Zoeller.

Bob and Ralph amicably decide to go their separate ways and open their own agencies. Bob operates as Bob Bickart Associates, Inc and Ralph as R.L. Bolino Company.

1987

Mike Felton is hired by Insituform East, Inc to open up the Ohio operation in Cincinnati. Mike markets the new and innovative “no dig” insituform process for pipeline reconstruction without excavation to the wastewater industry.

Mike and Bob make an agreement for Mike to buy Bob Bickart Associates, Inc.

Bickart-Felton Associates, Inc is established as the new agency of record for Bob’s lines.

Mike launches Streamkey, Inc as a separate entity serving the growing septic and wastewater industries. StreamKey provides multiple services such as design, product procurement, project management, and continued operations and management.

Bickart-Felton Associates, Inc acquires R.L. Bolino Company and its lines. Ralph consults with the transition of his plumbing companies.

Both Bickart-Felton Associates, Inc and StreamKey move into their new 22,000 square foot building and warehouse in Evendale, OH.

Bickart-Felton Associates, Inc and StreamKey, Inc merge into one company, StreamKey, Inc. With a combined staff of sales personnel, engineers, and customer support representatives, the new combined company focuses its efforts on engineered plumbing and wastewater products.
