Inside Sales and Technical Support

About the job

We are currently seeking to hire an individual for Inside Sales and Technical Support. The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering, construction, or related technical field and relevant experience. The candidate will work well in an open team environment, be creative and self-motivated, maintain current customer relationships, and provide technical support for our customers. In addition, we are looking for a motivated individual who has strong organizational skills and computer experience with great attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Inside sales and technical support for our customers
  • Become well-versed with StreamKey’s products and systems.
  • Prepare job quotations for customers.
  • Regular follow-up on current projects
  • Work closely with StreamKey sales staff on project management

Job Type: Full-time – office setting

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction field
  • Construction industry experience and/or engineering background is a plus

Inside Customer Service Representative

About the job

We are seeking a dedicated and detail oriented Inside Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling order entry, providing exceptional customer service, managing warehousing tasks, pulling and shipping orders, and ensuring seamless operations within a team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and process customer orders in QuickBooks or other manufacturer’s software system.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product information.
  • Check-in incoming shipments from manufacturers and redistribute throughout warehouse.
  • Create Packing List and pull orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery/ will call of products.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of customer orders and manufacturer estimated ship dates.
  • Work collaboratively within a team environment to meet company goals and customer expectations.
  • Prepare and send updated correspondence to customers.
  • Assist with inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.

Job Type: Full-time

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service, order entry, and warehousing operations.
  • Proficiency with software systems like QuickBooks, Office 365 with a focus on Excel, Word, Access and Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to operate a fork truck and lift to 50 pounds.
